Terms + Conditions

A liability waiver will be given upon arrival and is mandatory to sign.

We are a young family so while we will do our best to cater for your needs there may be unforeseen circumstances in which we are unavailable during the day or night.

We would ask for consideration in keeping the noise down between 10pm and 7am.

Check in is possible any time between 3pm and 9pm (please contact us with an estimated arrival time), check out is by 10:00 am.

Smoking is not permitted in the house but ashtrays are available for those who wish to smoke outside.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date and no shows are charged in full.

Reservations: Valid credit card details (Visa, MasterCard) and billing address must be provided to guarantee your reservation.

Payment: Full payment for your stay will be processed before check-in. Traveller’s cheques, personal cheques or cash in foreign currencies are not accepted for payment.

Unruly activities and noise during quiet hours will not be tolerated and guests may be asked to leave the premises if such behaviour is displayed.

Visitors are not permitted unless granted permission.

Damage to property of The Wynland or missing property is the responsibility of the guest and will be charged in the full replacement or repair amount.

The Wynland is not liable for any personal injury which may or may not have happened on the premises.

The Wynland is not liable or responsible for any property belonging to guests.

The Wynland reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
